EQUUS ANNOUNCES SALE OF 4400 West 96TH STREET IN CARMEL, IN

<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"> <head></head> <body> <p><strong>CARMEL, IN.</strong> - June 2, 2015 – Equus Capital Partners, Ltd. (Equus), one of the nation’s leading private equity real estate investment managers, announced today the sale of 4400 West 96<sup>th</sup> Street, a 97,323 Sq. Ft. office / warehouse property located in Carmel, Indiana.&#160; Acquired by Performance Real Estate Services, the $6.3 million sale also included 5.8 acres of developable land. The property was 100 percent leased at the time of sale.</p> <p>Rebecca Wells, J. Jake Sturman and James Postweiler of JLL represented the Seller in the transaction.&#160; Ronald D. Foster of Reliant Partners represented the Buyer.</p> <p>Equus acquired the then-100 percent vacant property in 2012 on behalf of one of its value add funds, BPG Investment Partnership IX, L.P.
