BPG ANNOUNCES 37,663 SF LEASE WITH WEBCOR, L.P. AT THE WATERFRONT AT HARBOR BAY IN ALAMEDA, CA

<p><b>Alameda, CA – (March 1, 2011) –</b> BPG Properties, Ltd., one of the nation’s leading private equity real estate fund managers, announced today that Webcor, L.P. (Webcor) executed a 37,663 square foot long-term lease at The Waterfront at Harbor Bay, a 385,000 square foot business park consisting of four two-story office buildings, one single story office building and one distribution building, located just minutes from downtown Oakland and Interstate 880 via the Ron Cowan Parkway. Webcor will occupy one entire floor at 1751 Harbor Bay Parkway, a 73,257 two-story office building within the park.</p> <p>“We are pleased to welcome Webcor to The Waterfront at Harbor Bay and look forward to building a long term relationship with them,” commented Robert Butchenhart, asset manager of BPG who was responsible for negotiating the lease on behalf of the landlord. “The Class A quality of The Waterfront along with the park’s proximity to the Oakland International Airport were key factors in Webcor’s decision to relocate and consolidate with us.”</p> <p>Originally founded in 1971, Webcor is currently ranked by California Construction as the largest Contractor by volume in California. The park is located on the San Francisco Bay waterfront.
