EQUUS ANNOUNCES 4TH QUARTER 2014 LEASING ACTIVITY

The top three transactions in Q4 took place in Georgia, Minnesota and Pennsylvania.&#160;</p> <p class="p3"><strong>Q4 Regional Highlights include:</strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li2">Whole Foods signed a 41,700 square foot lease at Ellis Preserve in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania.&#160; The tenant was represented by Ken Bleznak of Atlantic Retail; the landlord was represented by Steve Niggeman of Metro Commercial.</li> <li class="li5">Hamilton Services LLC signed a lease for 21,922 square feet at Arbor 600 in Princeton, New Jersey. The tenant was represented by Peter Dodds of Morford &amp; Dodds Realty; the landlord was represented by Jim Kinzig of Aegis Property Group.&#160;</li> <li class="li5">Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. signed a 13,112 square foot lease at One Meridian in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. The tenant was represented by Phil Schenkel from Jones Lang LaSalle; the landlord was represented by John Bussinno of NAI Keystone</li> <li class="li5">An undisclosed tenant signed an expansion lease for 11,283 square feet at Ellis Preserve in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania.&#160; The tenant was represented by SDI Commercial Real Estate; the landlord was represented by Mike Barker and Steve Gersbach of CBRE.</li> </ul> <p class="p7"><strong>Q4 National Highlights include:</strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li2">Peleman Industries renewed the largest lease of the quarter, a 52,000 square foot lease, at Northmeadow Business Park in Roswell, Georgia.&#160; The tenant was represented by Robert Aaron and Tommy Hughes of Hughes Commercial Real Estate; the landlord was represented by David Beak and Stephen Pond of NAI Brannen Goddard.</li> <li class="li2">SGI International signed a renewal lease for 42,053 square feet at Grand Oaks Business Park in Eagan, Minnesota, The tenant was represented by John Lorence of Jones Lang LaSalle; the landlord was represented by Luke Allison and Mark Stevens of Cassidy Turley.</li> <li class="li5">Heritage Bank of Commerce signed a renewal lease for 36,802 square feet at CityView Plaza in San Jose, California.&#160; The tenant was represented by Erik Halgrimson of Cassidy Turley. The landlord was represented by Susan Gregory and Jim Beeger of Colliers International.</li> <li class="li5">X-Rite signed a 13,451 square foot lease at Highwood Office Park in Tewksbury, Massachusetts.
