BPG PROPERTIES, LTD. ANNOUNCES 20,501 SF LEASE WITH LEWTAN TECHNOLOGIES AT TOTTEN POND OFFICE PARK I

<p><b>BOSTON, Ma. – (November 12, 2009) –</b>BPG Properties, Ltd., one of the nation’s leading private equity real estate fund managers, announced the execution of a lease for 20,501 square feet with Lewtan Technologies, Inc. (Lewtan) at Totten Pond Office Park, a 293,000 square foot, three building office park located immediately off of Route 128 in Waltham, Massachusetts. Lewtan will occupy the entire fourth floor of 400-2 Totten Pond Road, a four-story 79,089 square foot office building.</p> <p> “After careful consideration of all options in the market place, Lewtan decided to relocate their headquarters to 400-2 Totten Pond Road. The landlord was represented by Rob Walles, Andy Majewski and Matt Siciliano of CB Richard Ellis, the exclusive leasing agents for the park.</p> <p>Totten Pond Office Park consists of 400-2 Totten Pond Road, 400-1 Totten Pond Road, a four-story, 75,570 square foot office building and 460 Totten Pond Road, a seven-story, 141,981 square foot office building. The park is located immediately off of Route 128 (Interstate 95) within minutes of the Mass Pike interchange and within walking distance of six hotels and two full service restaurants.</p> <p>Amenities within Totten Pond Office Park include two newly renovated full service cafés in 400-2 and 460 Totten Pond Road, a tenant only fitness center with showers and locker rooms in 460 Totten Pond Road and on-site ownership and management. In 2008, BPG completed renovations to the lobbies, common area corridors and restrooms of both buildings.</p> <p>Currently, there is approximately 130,000 square feet of available office space within the three buildings.
